C/o locating base plate which has provisions to locate and secure the no. 4 bearing air supply tube assembly during removal of a damaged ferrule. The tube is supported and secured by a spring loaded "v" block and a backing "v" block. A gage block is used for setting of the cutoff tool and for checking. A container is provided for tool storage.
