Required to protect the outer idameter no spray section of a set of (10) 8th stage stator segments p/n 4083978 as an assembly during application of cu-ni plasma spray coating; used with pwa72067 fixture that positions and holds the stator as a assembly and provided masking details that protect the lower no spray sections; also used with pwa72192 upper mask and with pwa72071 intra-segment seals
