Functional Description:

8fixture is required for welp repair of a no. 4 bearing pressure tube or scavenge tube boss on diffuser case p/n 4083830. Adapter c/o a copper chill plate with cooling water passages inlet and outlet fittings, and clamping screws with fingers with knobs. Adapter is wedged between the inner and outer shell of the iffuser case wall adjacent to a service port and clamped in place. Adapter is used to minimize heat distortion during weld operations to repair tube bosses; 6.0 in long 2.0 in wide 7.0 in high
