Fixture, tackweld; c/o circular aluminum plate with raised conical ramp along the outside diameter and four equally spaced lightening holes interior to the ramp. Twenty-four pilot rings which accommodate twenty-four spider type clamps are press fitted into the conical surface. Six aluminum l-shaped arm assemblies are welded together and secured to flat part of base
