4generator converter unit (gcu) assembly/disassembly fixture is an aluminum weldment base that supports a rotating aluminum spindle to which the gcu can be mounted with a quick attach/detach (qad) clamp; provides a means to hold the gcu during disassembly, repair and assembly operations; spindle rotates through 360 degrees providing access to all sides of the gcu; toggle clamps are provided to lock the spindle to prevent unwanted rotation; able to be permanently mounted on a work bench with bolts
