Long each with 4 hooks per rod, 32 plates with nuts and washers (2 per rod); rods are made of 3/4 in. Bar stock; used during missile removal operations following air elevator failure only; rods affix stage i/ii support pads to the carriage cradles to prevent movement during vertical and horizontal positioning of the carriages
