A solution of polyvinyl alcohol (pvoc) and additives, solution is organic, biodegradabe, non-toxic and non-corrosive, has a slight amine odor, is beige in color and penetrates the soil when used. Recommended application temp above 70 degrees f; storage between 50 and 100 degrees f; flashpoint 200 degrees f closed cup; physical state liquid and is water soluble.
