General Description:
The pmb griddle is a solid, food-grade stainless steel field griddle consisting of a 280 square inch cooking surface, grease trough and drawer assembly. The pmb griddle's unique, patented heat diffuser ensures an even cooking temperature across the entire cooking surface. Used in combination with the babington pmb, the pmb griddle offers a thermostatically controlled, portable field griddle to support company sized units. The near instantaneous heat recovery enables this small, portable griddle to outperform griddles many times its size.
