A coating compound formulated to physically exclude corrosion causing substances from metal surfaces, and which can be removed by wiping. It may contain corrosion inhibitors. Excludes corrosion preventive, fingerprint remover; corrosion preventive, flotation type; inhibitor, corrosion, water soluble; and lubricants.
Packing shall be accomplished to meet the performance test requirements of astm-d4169, distribution cycle 18, assurance level 1.
