This link is made of two pieces: 12446263-1 a link and 12446263-2 a pin that is brazed into the 1st end eye. 12446263-2 (pin) diameters are 0.150" nominal; step up to 0.250" nominal; step up to 0.500" nominal. The link is 4" long with a slot. Slot is 1.72 inches long, 0.252" wide and starts 0.90" from first end of link. Slot has inside radii r .06 max. X 2. Link is 0.250" thick; 2.19 " from the first end there is a 0.07" step down and 3.44" from the first end there is a step up of 0.510". The raised-face second end is tapered the last 0.56" of the link with a 0.152" (nominal) hole chamfered 0.045 " x 45 degrees plus/minus 5 degrees. Height of this face is 0.690 with the hole completely through the link. Link and pin to be quenched and tempered to rhc 32-38; pin brazed iaw mil-b-7883, grade b, type i, brazing increases rhc to 30-50.
